NCNPA is governed by a self-perpetuating Board of Directors consisting of
representatives from farming, wildcrafting, manufacturing, related
non-profit organizations, state agencies, and academia. Each year in the
Spring, one-third of the Board of Directors changes over with newly elected
directors assuming three-year terms.
